I bought this bike directly from Totem. It quit working after 15 miles. The problem is that you can call them, but they don’t answer the phone or return your call. They will respond to an email in 2 or 3 days, but after proposing a battery test that failed on my unit, I haven’t heard from them in a week.
Update. I have received authorization to return this bike for a refund or receive a replacement. My preference would have been a repair, but that was not an option. Good thing I kept the packaging material.
