We purchased two scooters to complement a few other smaller scooters. These are great scooters. They are well built, fast, and I put 30 miles on each of them today (Iβm 230 pounds) and only used 45% of the battery. The lighting is good. For those wondering why their side LED lights arenβt working, press the mode button three times fast to turn that feature on and off. The wheels are robust, and the suspension is fine. No issues with getting to speed. Overall, itβs a great purchase for the money spent. Also, for those complaining about the app, I found the app to be easy to ‘add’, easy to use, but it’s not needed to use the scooter to its fullest. If you do want the app, and you’re halfway familiar with how smart phones work, I can’t see how you this would be an issue for you.

The acceleration is killer! Even with me at 165lbs, it smoothly ramped up to 30mph. My son, being 99lbs, naturally zoomed even faster and easily hit 30mph. My only gripe with the ride is that when cruising at a steady speed and giving it just a little throttle, thereβs a bit of a jerky power engagement. Itβs noticeable but not a big deal. Could just be part of how an electric scooter runs.
The suspension is top-notch, handling bumps, curbs, rocks, and whatnot with ease, whether itβs me at 165lbs or my son at 99lbs. Weβve got another cheaper scooter with the same 10.5″ wheels and dual suspension, and this one blows it out of the water. The brakes work like a charm for both heavier and lighter riders, super smooth and responsive, thanks to the dual suspension system. Braking is really gradual and easy to control.
First impressions are off the charts. Absolutely deserves a solid 5-star rating at this price point. The only thing that might bug some folks is if the scooter is water-resistant or not. I went through some runoff on the street, and it was fine, but I donβt plan on taking it out in the rain or plowing through big puddles anytime soon.

You don’t just charge it up and go. It has to be set up thru their website. The user manual you get is useless because it is written for someone who understands everything about the bike. Procedures should be written so that even a third grader can understand it.
I’m about ready to send it back. Getting started on a scooter shouldn’t be as difficult as getting started on this one. This is the worst product I’ve ever purchased on Amazon. There’s no rush of urgency from their customer service to help you get started.
