The 3rd time I rode the ebike the front rotor came detached and caused damage to the front wheel hub and front fork. I reached out to support and over the period of a week, I get “it’s a bad repair” “it’s human factor” to “it’s other factors”. They take zero responsibility for something that was not installed properly from the factory. Do yourself a favor, google addmotor BBB. I have found countless others online that have been in my same situation with support. In my case as many others they did not stand behind their product and leaving the customer to flip the bill on repairing something that should be covered under warranty. Buy at your own risk with this one.
