We were looking to find a scooter that was not overprices, but also worked well for my son as he needed a means to move around in college from apartments to classes, he was spending 25 to 30 min walks. This scooter was not only very affordable but very well constructed, with enough speed and weight capacity to accommodate a 6’3” and 230 pond body. He has enjoyed a lot and so far after 9 months is still going strong with no major issues with battery or parts. He does have an AirTag installed inside and good luck to prevent theft on it. The scooter ir very sturdy and well made, wheels so far are in great shape and range of distance for him has been great, probably charge it once a week, he is able to use it most of the week with no trouble. This product is solid and even have some accessories for it.

While not super pricey this scooter I feel was above the expectations that I had. It came almost fully assembled outside of the handle bars and 4 bolts. Was fully charged and ready to ride out of the box, quality packaging. It arrived 2 days early it rides well and is easy to manuever and adjust all functions worked properly there was even a spare tube in case of a flat tire, it charges fast and the battery lasts for a good amount of time. The only thing I was disappointed with was the speed neither me or my teenage son can get it to go faster than 10 mph. It claims to go up to 19 mph but we have not seen that.

We had an issue with the scooter after 4 months, but customer service was very helpful in getting us a resolution. They treated us as a valued customer and that means a lot to us! Besides, my son loves the scooter and how well it handles and the smooth performance due to the front wheel shocks! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for reasonable pricing with high quality!

This is complete garbage. Been dealing with customer service for multiple days essentially they’re telling me that this scooter is not intended to be ridden if there’s any kind of hill, or if you weigh over 50 pounds. They sell a product that states can be driven up to 31 miles but inform you that the motor will overheat if you ride it for more than three. In the advertisement it state an handle a 15° inclines, but I can’t make it up a 6° driveway without it stopping. So my only option is to return it but now they’re stating they’re gonna to deduct the shipping cost to send their defective item back.
I have only put about 20 miles so far and the first time out, motor got hot and almost shuts down. also the first trip of 7.5 miles, mainly down hill, I used up 75 % of the battery (from a full charge in normal D mode). The second time the trip was shorter but not down hill, any incline and you slow to around 12mph. then after a few minutes of that the temp light starts flashing and you are walking! I am 6 foot 208Lb this scooter is not for adults over 125Lb And the 19-31 miles is a joke, the most I can get going down hill In D mood is 10-12 before the battery is dead.
