I purchased this kit as an entry point into e-bikes. I’m mechanically inclined, but a little rusty on my bike maintenance skills. Early on I encountered an issue which ended up being caused by a faulty component of the kit. The support team did a great job of troubleshooting and offering a quick resolution; they were responsive, polite, and generous. Please don’t underestimate the importance of a good responsive support team, especially when purchasing items that are shipped from far away that might take forever to replace. These guys do it right.
